This Classifieds Section (the “Section”) of Warrington Motorcycle Club (the “Website”) is provided as a service to our users. Warrington Motorcycle Club acts solely as a platform to facilitate private selling and trading between users. We do not own, sell, trade, or handle any of the items listed in this Section. We are not a party to any transactions that occur through this Section.
User Responsibilities and Agreements:
- All Sales and Trades at User’s Own Risk: You understand and agree that all sales and trades conducted through this Classifieds Section are solely between you and the other user involved. You are entirely responsible for all aspects of the transaction, including but not limited to:
- The accuracy of listings and descriptions.
- The condition and quality of items.
- The legality of items offered for sale or trade.
- Payment and shipping arrangements.
- Resolving any disputes that may arise.
- No Warranty or Guarantee: Warrington Motorcycle Club makes no warranties, express or implied, about the items listed, the accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers/traders to complete a transaction, or the willingness of buyers to purchase or trade. We do not guarantee that any item will be sold or traded.
- No Liability: Warrington Motorcycle Club will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of this Classifieds Section, including but not limited to:
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers/traders.
- Any misrepresentations or fraudulent activities by users.
- Any defects or issues with items purchased or traded.
- Any failure of a transaction to complete.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Warrington Motorcycle Club, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, or damages, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Classifieds Section or your conduct in connection with any transactions.
- Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the Classifieds Section and any transactions you conduct.
Warrington Motorcycle Club’s Role:
- Platform Provider Only: Warrington Motorcycle Club simply provides a platform for users to list and browse items. We do not endorse any particular seller, buyer, or item. We do not control or monitor the content of listings.
- Right to Remove Listings: Warrington Motorcycle Club reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.
